Terms and Conditions

 

Clients for Healing Sessions:

Clients acknowledge that ThetaHealing™ is a supplement to medical care, not a substitute for it. Clients agree to take full responsibility for their participation in their ThetaHealing™ session(s); and their responses during and following this energy healing session.

The healing sessions are one hour long. Payment is requested at the end of each appointment.  Payments are accepted by cash/cheque/Visa or MasterCard, or online. Online payments are only acceptable if the funds have been received by Knowledge Tree the day before the appointment.

If an appointment needs to be cancelled please phone 09 479 5706 and leave a message. 48 hours notice is preferable. A cancellation fee applies unless 24 hours notice is given. 

Students for ThetaHealing™ Classes:



Students acknowledge that ThetaHealing™ is a supplement to medical care, not a substitute for it. It is the student's responsibility to indicate to Knowledge Tree if they have any permanent or temporary conditions that the tutor should be aware of, or that may interfere with their ability to participate in class.

It is highly recommended that Students experience a ThetaHealing™ Session with Nancy Cate prior to the commencement of their first ThetaHealing™ Class. This enables the student to have a personal experience of ThetaHealing™ before the class, significantly enhancing the students learning experience and ensuring that class time is for practice of the technique.

Knowledge Tree reserves the discretionary right to ask students to leave the class if their behaviour is unacceptable in the context of a Healing Course.

Knowledge Tree is a recognised by the ThetaHealing™ Institute of Knowledge (THInK), Idaho Falls, Idaho, USA, as a provider of ThetaHealing™ Practitioner trainings. Students complete their classes with Knowledge Tree and receive their Certification from THInK.

THInK's certification criteria specifies: certifications are valid for a period of 5 years. After that date Practitioners are required to participate in ongoing professional development (e.g. attend updated classes, or refresher courses, or additional classes) as a condition of extending their certification.

Repeat Students:

The terms "Repeat Student" and the "Repeat Student Fees" apply only to students who have taken the exact same course with Nancy Cate within the past 5 years (e.g. the student took the Basic class with Nancy and now wants to repeat the Basic class with Nancy within five years their original class).
If the student has previously taken this class with another Certified ThetaHealing™ Teacher the full fee applies, less any applicable Early Bird Incentives.

Students who attend class as a 'Repeat Student' must bring their own course manual and class text from their previous class, new copies will not be provided by Knowledge Tree. If their class materials have become out of date, they must purchase new materials to be able to attend class.


Fees & Cancellations:

All fees must be paid in full by the commencement of class, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon with Knowledge Tree.

Upon enrolment and payment of the deposit or full fee students may be sent text book(s) for pre-reading. If the student decides to withdraw from the class, the text book(s) cannot be returned to Knowledge Tree.


All class deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a student decides to withdraw they forfeit any deposits paid.


If a student decides to withdraw from class, any text book(s) sent to that student for pre-reading cannot be returned to Knowledge Tree.

Students are requested to give as much advance notice of withdrawal as possible. All cancellations must be received in writing.

If a student has paid the full fee (either early bird or full investment) in advance and must withdraw from the class the following applies:

Up to 10 working days before the commencement of the class, all fees less a 10% cancellation fee will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.

Between 4 - 9 working days before the commencement of the class, all fees less a 30% cancellation fee will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.

Withdrawal from the course 3 working days before the commencement of the class, all fees less a 50% cancellation fee will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable and non-transferable deposit.

Full fees are payable for any cancellations made from the commencement of the course. Once classes have commenced no refunds will be given.

Any variation to this policy will be at the discretion of the Knowledge Tree.
A decision on refund of fees will be made after the reasons for withdrawal have been discussed.

If Knowledge Tree must cancel a class, fees will be refunded in full, less the cost of class text(s) if any have already been sent to the student.
